Job Summary:

  • The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading and driving reporting and analytics of strategic initiatives that drive sustained growth in enterprise value. The Finance Manager will report to the Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the annual budgeting and continuous reforecasting process for the Company.
  • Head the management reporting function within the FP&A team to improve speed and quality of our internal and external reporting.
  • Provide financial leadership as the Company seeks to transform its data environment.
  • Support the Accounting close process to reduce time to close and improve accuracy.
  • Responsible for analytical modeling, analysis and due diligence of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Create and maintain complex financial models using MS Excel and other modeling software.
  • Identify and act on value-add analytics that influence improved profitability and free cash flow.
  • Lead the creation of monthly Board Materials.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators and Key Success Measures for various functional areas of the Company.
  • Perform ROI analysis on capex investments.
  • Collaborate with members of the Executive Management Team to support the analysis and reporting of their key initiatives.
  • Assist in improving job profitability performance through greater accuracy and insights of job P&Ls.
  • Influence and support implementation of technology in FP&A to improve the Company’s analytical capabilities and capacity.
  • Manage a team of financial analysts and contribute to their professional development

Qualifications


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
  • Seven years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst or related experience.

  • Ability to develop a dynamic three-statement financial model.
  • Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”).
  • Familiarity with Percentage of Completion (“POC”) accounting methodology a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-based budgeting and reporting tools.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools preferred. (PowerBi, Tableau, etc.)
  • Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering on value-add analytics.
  • Proven performance-based thought leader that influences profitability and free cash flow using analytics and reporting to drive better outcomes.

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Location:

  • This role is remote, but occasional attendance at our Pennsauken, NJ office is anticipated
  • Candidates MUST reside in a commutable distance to Pennsauken, NJ.
